Description
Essential Job Duties:
- Organize competition schedule.
- Organize and administer practice/training and game plans and strategies.
- Manage program budget.
- Coordinate alumni relations and fundraising, as necessary.
- Oversee and administer all administrative functions of the program.
- Hire, train, and supervise assistant coaches and volunteers.
- Provide appropriate support and counsel to student athletes.
- Promote a team atmosphere and inclusion and acceptance.
- Set the standards and cultural expectations of the program.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 3-4 years of high school, club or college coaching experience.
