Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach

The position of Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach will hold a 100% appointment in the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (UWL) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (“the Department”) and will report directly to UWL’s Director of Athletics.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience may be substituted on a year for year basis in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years head lacrosse coaching experience at the high school level, club level or above OR substantial assistant lacrosse coaching at the intercollegiate or professional levels.
• The ability to have and maintain a valid driver’s license meeting the criteria for driving a vehicle on University/State business is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or other post-graduate degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant coaching experience.
• Demonstrated experience in college recruiting.
• Understanding of and commitment to the NCAA Division III ideal.
