Head Women’s Soccer Coach

The head women’s soccer coaching position supports and complies with the mission of the athletics department in the development and successful administration of a competitive intercollegiate soccer program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree; previous coaching experience, preferably at a college level; knowledge and commitment to NCAA Division III rules.
• Two years coaching experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Teach & develop sport specific skills & coaching strategies; assist in the success of team performance in athletics & academics; enforce team, departmental, institutional & conference regulations & rules; recruitment of quality student athletes; assist in monitoring of academic progress, eligibility & graduation of student athletes; exhibit impeccable ethical & moral character; other duties as assigned by Director of Athletics.
