Description
The Head Women’s Soccer Coach leads and is responsible for all aspects of EOU’s Women’s Soccer program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to building a successful program, recruitment, retention, and graduating of student-athletes; academic supervision, fundraising for both the women’s soccer program and the athletic department, budget management, supervising assistant coaches, developing and managing a competitive schedule, and organizing and conducting all practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Coaching, Athletic Administration, Business, Education or closely related field.
- Five (5) years of demonstrated success in building a successful program at the collegiate or varsity high school level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of NAIA rules and regulations.
- First Aid/CPR Certified.
- Mental Health First Aid Training.
- Current and Valid Drivers license.
- NAIA Champions of Character Coaching Course completed.
