Description
The Head Women’s Tennis Coach reports to the Director of Athletics/ Assistant Dean for Student Affairs. This position is responsible for the organization and administration of the Tennis program. The successful candidate will develop effective and positive communication with the students, faculty, alumni, and community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- HS Diploma.
- Evidence of strong organizational and communication skills.
- Current knowledge of NCAA or NJCAA regulations.
- Ability to successfully recruit college level student athletes.
- Collegiate playing experience.
- Previous Coaching experience.
- Evidence of a commitment to academic excellence including athlete graduation.
- Ability to interact effectively with student-athletes, colleagues, and the public.
- Capable and willing to actively plan and participate in fundraising, promotions, and other similar endeavors as they relate to the bowling program and the entire Athletics Department.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher.
- College coaching experience preferred.
