Head Women’s Volleyball Coach

The Head Women's Volleyball Coach is responsible for all facets of conducting a successful women's volleyball program at the NCAA Division 1 level. This position reports directly to the Director of Athletics with regular interaction with the Director of NCAA Compliance and the Director of Business.

Duties:

• On the floor coaching during practice and competition.
• Recruiting of top-quality student-athletes.
• Fundraising.
• Promotional and public relations activities.
• Speaking engagements and media interviews.
• Administration and coaching of summer camps.
• Compliance with all NCAA, conference and university rules and regulations demonstrating professional integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• Successful Intercollegiate volleyball coaching experience.
• Competitive experience as intercollegiate volleyball player.
• Successful head or assistant coaching experience with NCAA Division I.
• Ability to recruit top-quality student-athletes at the NCAA Division I level.
• Familiarity with Northwest recruiting areas.
• Demonstrated administrative, public relations, and organizational skills.
• Ability to establish good rapport and working relationships with student-athletes, administration, coaching staffs, university personnel, and the general public.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to comply with NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations.
