Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and teach assigned courses in accordance with course outlines and published course schedule.
- Collaborate with Arts and Sciences colleagues and administrators in program planning, assessment, and continuous improvement processes.
- Maintain accurate records for each course taught.
- Assist in student retention.
- Participate in college events and activities.
- Cooperate in scheduled student evaluations of instructor and space.
- Keep regular posted office hours in accordance with college policy.
- Submit all college reports in an accurate timely fashion.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Health and Wellness or Physical Education or closely related discipline with 18 graduate hours in Health and Wellness or PE.
- College teaching experience.
- Ability to use computers and software to support instruction, including course management software.
