Health and Physical Education Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and teach assigned courses in accordance with course outlines and published course schedule.
• Collaborate with Arts and Sciences colleagues and administrators in program planning, assessment, and continuous improvement processes.
• Maintain accurate records for each course taught.
• Assist in student retention.
• Participate in college events and activities.
• Cooperate in scheduled student evaluations of instructor and space.
• Keep regular posted office hours in accordance with college policy.
• Submit all college reports in an accurate timely fashion.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Health and Wellness or Physical Education or closely related discipline with 18 graduate hours in Health and Wellness or PE.
• College teaching experience.
• Ability to use computers and software to support instruction, including course management software.
