High School Assistant Wrestling Coach

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise all athletes and managers while at practice or competition.
• Instruct the sport of wrestling to the student athletes.
• Mentor student athletes as needed.
• Produce and plan the practices for the wrestling team.
• Conduct scouting of wrestling team opponents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma is necessary.
• Knowledge of PIAA rules is require.
• Submission of pre-employment medical examination (Section 148 of the Pennsylvania School Code).
• Submission of a report of criminal history record from the Pennsylvania State Police (Section 111 of the Pennsylvania School Code) Nonresidents and Pennsylvania residents who have not resided in the Commonwealth for at least two years prior to the date of application for employment are required to obtain an FBI Criminal History Record.
