High School Basketball Coach

Duties:

• Teach basketball techniques, strategies, and rules to players.
• Plan and conduct practice sessions to enhance players' skills.
• Organize and lead team practices, games, and tournaments.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players.
• Develop game plans and strategies for upcoming matches.
• Monitor and assess player performance and progress.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basketball coaching techniques.
• Experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity.
• Knowledge of physical education principles.
• Ability to educate players on teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline.
• Strong behavior management skills to handle diverse personalities.
• Nice-to-have skills: Judo, childcare experience, cheerleading background, swimming ability, climbing skills.
