Description
Responsibilities:
- Hire and supervise the coaching staff in collaboration with the activities director.
- Schedule all games, scrimmages and practices in collaboration with the activities director.
- Oversee all equipment and uniform orders. Provide a system for successful hand-out and turn-in of all equipment and uniforms.
- Manage all game and practice facilities and provide the activities director informative needs and upkeeps throughout the year.
- Oversee all fundraising activities.
- Oversee feeder and off-season programs, establish a positive working relationship with youth program, middle school programs, and parent booster clubs.
- Provide academic checks and support to ensure players’ academic success.
- Delegate responsibilities to assistant coaches, provide support and feedback, and build staff camaraderie and rapport.
Qualifications:
- MN Head Coach Certification.
- Minnesota teaching license preferred but not required.
- Coach and/or playing experience preferred.
