High School – Swim Coach

Required Qualifications:

• Middle School or High School Coaching Experience.
• CAP 1 or PACE Certification
• Active Member of Michigan School Coaches Association (MSCA).
• Demonstrated Success in Coaching at the High School Level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At Least 5 years of Previous Coaching Experience.
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work with students, parents, and school administrators in developing a successful program.
• College course work in coaching/sponsoring activity.
• Such alternatives to the above that would indicate probable success as a coach/sponsor and is acceptable to the Administration.
• Ability and willingness to perform the duties described in the job description for that sport/activity.
