Key Responsibilities:
- Teach wrestling techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Develop and implement effective training programs, including conditioning and strength training.
- Analyze athlete performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare athletes for competitions, including scouting opponents and developing game plans.
- Organize and supervise practice sessions, ensuring safety and proper instruction.
- Maintain equipment and wrestling facilities.
- Recruit and train assistant coaches, if applicable.
- Promote sportsmanship, positive team dynamics, and a respectful environment.
Other Duties:
- Scout and recruit new talent.
- Maintain accurate records of athlete performance and team records.
- Represent the team at competitions and other events.
- Manage the team budget, if applicable.
