Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serves as the administrative head of the school in the absence of the principal and vice principal.

Provides general supervision to students.

Maintain high standards of student conduct and enforce discipline, as necessary, referring possible suspensions to the principal/designee.

Assists with staff evaluations.

Facilitates and manages student assemblies and programs.
-
Responsible for selecting, assigning, and evaluating all coaching personnel 9-12.

Supervises Middle School Athletics
-
Assumes leadership role in the orientation and in-service training of coaching personnel.
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.

Prefer someone with at least five years teaching experience. Prefer someone with a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate.

Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship, and motivational skills.

Detail oriented with the ability to multitask in an environment with frequent interruptions.
