Junior Varsity Baseball Coach

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement practice plans. Check-in weekly with the head coach.
• Lead team meetings and communicate goals and expectations clearly.
• Coordinate with assistant coaches to optimize player development.
• Inspire and motivate student-athletes to reach their full potential.
• Foster sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among players.
• Represent the program with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

• Ability to mentor and develop student-athletes.
• Desire to work in a diverse environment and inclusive culture that values and respects difference across race, ethnicity, religion, and orientation or identity.
• Must be able to comply with background check, including finger prints, as required by the agency and/or state regulations.
• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
