The following is a list of qualifications for the position, any of which may be waived by the Board of Education in exercising its prerogative to determine qualifications.
Prefer 2 years minimal as a head coach (any level).
Strong background in strength Training.
Knows a little about SEC conference.
Portfolio that shows Professional learning/courses/clinics/team building/camps/etc.
Knows some history of Ann Arbor Football and Huron Football.
Knows some history of Ann Arbor schools and Huron as a IB school.
Understands our school Dynamics and student body.
May or may not have a teaching position (please inquire).
Have high Energy levels.
Can commit to off seasons trainings.
Work with youth programs in area.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
