JV Boys Head Soccer Coach

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct and supervise practices.
• Attend all games: be prepared with a game plan and lineups as necessary.
• Ride team bus when necessary or coordinate with your assistant to ride the bus.
• Be present at team gatherings.
• Create and coordinate opportunities for the team to develop camaraderie.
• Adjust typical practice plans to accommodate for COVID restrictions (if necessary).
• Manage equipment.
• Coordinate and Facilitate uniform return when necessary.
• Participate in coaching meetings.
• Communicate with team and parents as necessary.
• Communicate necessary information to team parent.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of sport.
• Ability to improve team dynamics.
• Organized, positive, patient.
• Enjoys working with teenagers.
• Previous playing or coaching experience.
• CPR/FIRST Aid Certification.
