JV Girls Golf Coach

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Philosophy consistent with Williamston High School’s educational goals.
• Able to take direction and make mature decisions.
• Flexible schedule, available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to work effectively with young student-athletes.
• Thorough knowledge of sport-specific fundamentals and strategies.
• Leadership qualities.
• Love of the sport.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assume responsibilities associated with the role of a coach.
• Organize and conduct practices during the season.
• Communicate effectively and as directed with coaches and Athletic Director.
• Provide leadership in representing the entire athletics program.
• Be supportive of high school academic, behavioral, and building policies.
• Supervision of athletes.
