Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Player development, recruiting, travel, social media, assist with camps, scout/video analysis, academic support, attend administrative meetings, represent UIW and the men’s soccer brand at all times, attend to any other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Ability to multitask.

Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
Strong interpersonal, management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Southland Conference, and the NCAA.
Required Work Experience:
Experience playing soccer at the collegiate level.
Experience working with a recruiting database and video match analysis software systems.
