Middle School Assistant Wrestling Coach

Job Goal:

To promote the worth of each participant in the program, display school and program support to incoming players, parents and personnel, and to assist in the development of the total sports program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist head coach in carrying out all practices.
• Assist head coach in organizing and coaching all games.
• Assist head coach in preparing for all practices and games.
• Report directly to head coach, Principal, Athletic Director.
• Regular attendance to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Treat co-workers, students, supervisors, parents and others with dignity and respect at all times.
• Work in a flexible and cooperative manner.
• Have a positive impact in the lives of our student athletes.
• Treat co-workers, supervisors, students, parents and others with dignity and respect at all times.

Requirements:

• Current Red Cross First Aid/CPR Card.
• Available daily 3:30-6:30 P.M. (later on match days).
• Must take WIAA online courses and complete WSD assistant coach checklist.
• Experience coaching wrestling preferred.
