• Designs curriculum areas to educate at an elevated level, optimize exposure and foster confidence.
• Prepares an environment to facilitate the learning needs of all children.
• Demonstrates excellent planning and preparation for individualized and group instruction.
• Differentiate instructions where applicable.
• Manages time effectively while fulfilling curricular expectations.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational, observational and classroom management skills.
• Teaches, motivates, and encourages students to develop good habits academically, nutritionally, physically, socially, and emotionally.
