Middle School Track and Field Coach

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working with children required (1-2 years with ages 10-15).
• Track and Field/Running experience required (1-2 years playing).
• Coaching/Teaching/Camp Counselor experience preferred (1-2 years).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Background check required upon hire (company paid).
• First Aid and CPR certification required upon being hired (company paid).
• Must be 18 years old by hire date.
• Adaptable, Self-motivated, Energetic, Excited, Encouraging, Confident, Responsible and Patient.

DUTIES:

• Attend daily practices and weekly meets.
• Prepare practice and meet plans per league guidelines (this is a RECREATIONAL league).
• Communicate directly with kids, parents, schools, league and Skyhawks management.
• Teach sports skills and life skills.
• Encourage a fun learning environment.
