We are seeking a Physical Therapist that will manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Have the skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.
Required qualifications for this position includes:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Current Physical Therapy Licensure through the State of Oregon, -OR- Temporary license if new graduate awaiting licensing exam results.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) with Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for Healthcare Professionals within 30 days of hire.
National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need.
