PE Teacher

St. Catherine Laboure School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education (PE) teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship while upholding the mission and values of our school.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a comprehensive PE curriculum for students in grades 2nd-8th.
• Design and implement a comprehensive PE curriculum that aligns with content standards.
• Promote teamwork, good sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred).
• Teaching credential or relevant certification (preferred).
• Previous experience teaching PE, preferably in an elementary or middle school setting.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and faith-filled learning environment.
