The Physical Education Department at the British International School of Houston is a whole school department, providing a high quality PE program for students aged 3 to 18 years old. State of the art facilities include two full size gymnasiums, swimming pool, athletics track, Astro Turf and grass fields.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Working to ensure that student safety, child protection and student wellbeing are the number one priority.

Have a vigilance for, and commitment to the wellbeing of those that we work alongside with.

Work with key school leaders and HR Colleagues to ensure that HR policies and the NAE Code of Conduct are adhered to.

Sets high expectations for students; inspiring, motivating and challenging students to achieve excellent progress and ambitious outcomes.

Requirements:
- Teaching Qualification (PGCE/Qualified Teacher Status).
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Physical Education.
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
- Excellent analytical skills - with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing wit multi-functional tasks.
