Physical Therapist

What you will do:

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients.
• Provides outpatient and inpatient coverage - the role is primarily outpatient focused, split approximately 75%/25%.
• Evaluate, assess, develop a plan of care & provide treatment/interventions to primarily adult patients who have a medical or other health related condition that limits their ability to move or function with activities of daily living.
• Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need:

• MN Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved curriculum in Physical Therapy.
• BLS for healthcare workers.
