Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and functionality.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide adequate supervision of the PT Assistants (if applicable) as defined by the Georgia Board rules for applicable therapy disciplines.
• Provide ongoing collaboration with the Rehabilitation Director and clinical staff to facilitate effective and efficient clinical case management.

Qualifications:

• Valid, Applicable State Licensure.
• Experience in a short-term rehab/skilled nursing facility setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet all health requirements including a drug screen.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
