Physical Therapist

The Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 is seeking a physical therapist to provide physical therapy and prescribed treatments to Pre-K - 12, special education students. This position requires someone who can collaborate with peers, parents, and school district staff. He/she will be a solid team player, who takes initiative, can work independently and is flexible.

Responsibilities:

• PT assessments and evaluations.
• Developing treatment plans.
• Consulting with classroom staff and parents.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree required if program of study was completed after December 31, 2002.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local special education practices and laws as related to school-based Physical Therapy.
• Current Pennsylvania license in physical therapy.
• Pediatric and/or school based experience, preferred.
