Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Practices within the Rules and Regulations and Practice Act set by the Board of Physical Therapy of the State of Wyoming.
• Performs thorough chart review prior to treatment.
• Correctly administers physical therapy techniques/modalities in a safe, effective manner, including interchanging treatment media, based on formulated treatment plans and goals.
• Evaluates patients, utilizing all available information and age specific knowledge, within time frames outlined in policy and procedures.
• Trains patient/care giver in use of assistive equipment.
• Effectively and appropriately monitors and adjusts treatment according to patient response to treatment.
• Completes all documentation required in a timely manner.
• Recognizes and fulfills all legal responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapy License in the State of Wyoming.
• Current Drivers License.
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Wound care experience required.
