Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patient’s families as indicated.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patient’s families as indicated.
• Effectively works with and supervises physical therapist assistants and students.
• Provides timely documentation for medical records/insurance needs per division protocol.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age.
• Other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's in Physical Therapy is required; Masters or Doctorate preferred.
• Certification: Ohio Physical Therapist licensure is required.
• Years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years is preferred.
• Years of experience supervising: None.
