Physical Therapist

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their specific needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on exercises and activities to continue at home.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
