Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the patient, family, and members of a physician-led team in providing individualized patient treatment.
• Completes required documentation of care and appropriate billing consistent with professional guidelines.
• Engages in research, education and quality initiatives in pursuit of excellence in the provision of care, as well as develops and carries out a personalized plan for professional growth.
• During the selection process you will participate in a virtual (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience.
• During the virtual interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding.
• You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question — Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording.
• The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps as appropriate.

License/Certifications:

• Advanced Board Specialty Certification is preferred.
• Current Arizona licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire and must be valid for 90 days or greater from start date. Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
