Description
As a Physical Therapist at TXRN, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and improve their physical abilities. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and monitor progress. Your expertise and dedication will help our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhance their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment techniques.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care.
- Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Valid Texas state Physical Therapist license.
- Proven experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, principles, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
