Assess patients' physical therapy needs, establishes treatment programs and goals. Assures that physical therapy interventions are provided in a safe, effective and caring manner. Completes patient documentation records as required by standards and regulations.
Graduate of a Physical Therapy curriculum accredited by the APTA required. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree required. Must have successfully completed clinical experiences as required by schools. Must be able to provide safe, compassionate and competent physical therapy treatments. Must be able to communicate with patients, family and co-workers in a friendly, supportive manner. Must have or be eligible for NJ Physical Therapy Licensure.
Licensure and Certifications:
Must have or be eligible for NJ Physical Therapy Licensure. Must have current BLS certification.
