Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for management of clinic operations, overall patient and employee satisfaction as well as evaluation and treatment of patients.
Develops relationships with existing/potential referring physicians.
Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
Maintain established productivity standards.
Participate in outcomes tracking and monitoring.
Appropriately delegate tasks to support personnel and interns.
Perform effectively as a member of a team.
Participate in professional development, educational activities and attend staff meetings.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Georgia.
Two to three years of outpatient ortho experience.
Strong non-cognitive (i.e. communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, grit, etc.), hands-on, and clinical reasoning skills.
