Motivated and driven candidates will be selected to complete a 12-month intensive work and training program that encompasses all facets of tennis club management, including: on court programming of all ages and levels, event hosting and execution, facility management, employee management, digital media, marketing and financial operations. PTU professionals will also work vigorously to enhance their skills off the court through seminars and classroom sessions taught by experts handpicked by Cliff Drysdale and John Newcombe. This is a real life, hands on, program that allows tennis professionals to learn through action and experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
This is an entry level position.
Competitive tennis experience at the high school and/or collegiate level.
Previous tennis coaching experience with adults and junior preferred but not required.
Passionate and involved in the sport of tennis.
Team player that is eager to learn.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Hard working, humble and with a growth mindset
Open to relocation at the end of the program.
