Senior Associate Athletic Director, Operations

The University of Arizona invites applications for the full-time position of Senior Associate Athletic Director, Operations. As a member of the department’s executive team, this position ensures all Arizona Athletics events are run in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere and that the department wide goals for facilities and capital projects are met.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Directs the development and operation of athletic game day management and programs, capital projects, and facilities.
• Develops operational plans for Arizona Athletics Events and games.
• Supervises full-time event, aquatics, and facility employees.
• Oversees support of all athletic events including, but not limited to, Concessions, Parking, Security, Marketing, etc.
• Influence and oversight of staff working events to ensure policies are followed and new practices are implemented.
• Recommends new policies and plans for game day management and facility improvements.
• Responsible for month-to-month reporting and year-end report of athletic facilities.
• Manages operations and projects for sports programs and the Athletic Department.
