Soccer & Basketball Coach

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing sporting strategies.
• Maintaining sports equipment.
• Working to improve group unity and sportsmanship.
• Ensuring all children remain engaged in the activities.
• Emphasizing skills development including safety, fair play, and sportsmanship.
• Setting realistic and age-appropriate expectations for group members.
• Ensuring proper sideline behavior from parents.
• Ensuring the safety of the group during class.

Requirements:

• Current High School Students, High school diploma or GED.
• Know some knowledge of the Sport (Willing to train).
• Passion for youth development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Patient and understanding.
