Soccer Coach

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach practices as scheduled with Director of Coaching and Soccer Admin Coordinator.
• Participate in all DSAL Recreational Soccer League operations.
• Coach games, matches and practices as scheduled with Director of Coaching.
• Assist on administrative matters as directed by Soccer Admin Coordinator.
• Implement & plan training/game sessions in the curriculum provided by the Director of Coaching.
• Communications with parents & players.
• Perform other additional tasks assigned by the Director of Coaching.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Soccer/Futsal coaching experience.
• Soccer/Futsal playing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the game of soccer and futsal.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, families, referees and children.
• Desire to take the initiative to fix problems and fill needs as they arise.
• Ability to handle money responsibly and transact cash sales.
• Ability to lift, carry and move up to 75lbs.
