Soccer Coach

Duties:

• Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels.
• Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and strategies.
• Develop and implement practice drills and game plans.
• Provide guidance and feedback to players to help them improve their performance.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding player progress and team updates.
• Attend team meetings, coaching clinics, and workshops to enhance coaching skills.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in soccer and working with children.
• Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline during training sessions and games.
• Patience and enthusiasm for working with children of all ages.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
