Softball Head Coach

The Head Coach for Softball will be responsible for initiating various aspects of the program, such as recruiting, planning, coaching, scheduling opponents, training team members, managing and directing the Softball program. The Head Coach for Softball is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Iowa Western Community College, the ICCAC and the NJCAA.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 years collegiate baseball coaching experience or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass a background check, have a current driver’s license and good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Collegiate head coaching experience.
