Special Assistant to Head Coach – Women’s Basketball

The Special Assistant to Head Coach works with the head coach in all facets of the women’s basketball program to ensure a quality program and successful Division I team. Manages fundraising programs, budget, travel arrangements, social media, community outreach, and alumni correspondence. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or state recognized equivalent.
• Experience with basketball programs as a player, coach, team manager, graduate assistant or intern at the high school, college, club, or equivalent level.
• Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Sports Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in a college/university athletics department.
