Staff Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical history, current condition, and rehabilitations goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, utilizing various techniques and modalities.
• Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care practices for continued recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and billing information.
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy and incorporate best practices into treatment strategies.
• Uphold legal and ethical guidelines, including patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist (new grads welcome).
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical software.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
