Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical history, current condition, and rehabilitations goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, utilizing various techniques and modalities.
- Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care practices for continued recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Stay informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy and incorporate best practices into treatment strategies.
- Uphold legal and ethical guidelines, including patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist (new grads welcome).
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical software.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
