Description
The Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing exercise programs for athletes and clients.
- Conducting fitness assessments, providing coaching and guidance on proper form and technique, and monitoring individual progress.
- Training members in a Private (1-on-1), as well as Semi-Private (4-on-1) setting.
Qualifications:
- Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
- Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
- Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
- Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes and clients.
