Description
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with working in the collegiate, professional, or Military sector of human and sport performance.
- Experience with measures and metrics to drive ROI at the individual and small group level.
- Knowledge of human performance technology and its utilization in program design, including wearable devices, biomechanical assessments, and athlete databases.
- Ability to work in a Military environment.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- AED and CPR Certification.
- National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Certification.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain responsibility for planning, developing, organizing, promoting, coordinating, executing, evaluating, and supervising a comprehensive and total fitness program for active-duty Military personnel focused on improving resiliency through physical and mental performance.
- Design group training programs that improve physical fitness and reduce injury.
- Perform as a subject matter expert (SME) on human physiology and physical strength and conditioning to advise the Human Performance Director, Human Performance Program staff, leadership, and Military members on human performance optimization in a tactical combat environment.
