Ability to facilitate a safe, effective, and multi-level fitness groups for individuals with varied exercise backgrounds.
Understanding of principles specific to exercise physiology and how to translate this knowledge into evidence-based exercise interventions.
Thorough knowledge of current evidence-based findings and standards in exercise protocols and fitness programming.
Master's Degree in exercise science, sports administration or other sports/exercise related field.
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist or equivalent in the field of health and fitness.
2 or more years of relevant experience with the primary job responsibility of Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work productively in the context of a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
