Provide fitness and lifestyle coaching, design, develop, monitor, and assess a holistic student biometric and observation monitoring and tracking program. Contribute to develop and execute a cohesive education and monitoring program focusing on Human Performance Enhancement and Holistic Fitness. Manage student performance profiles, metric collection, biometric monitoring to demonstrate the training's effectiveness, looking for improvements in specific performance outcomes, course metrics, and injury prevention. Design individualized training programs for students struggling with physical objectives as well as develop training materials to assist in creating a healthy lifestyle and food culture.
4+ years of experience with working in the collegiate, professional, or military sector of human and sport performance.
Ability to work in a military setting.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
BA or BS degree in Exercise Science, Sport Science, Human Performance, Kinesiology, or degree in the Health Science field.
NSCA National Strength and Conditioning Association CPT, CSCS or TSAC-F Certification.
AED and CPR Certification.
Experience in working with wearable technology.
Experience with online strength and conditioning software.
Knowledge in nutritional coaching and advising to provide comprehensive and holistic nutritional programs.
Knowledge in exercise, program progression, and regression.
Knowledge in customization of programs through biofeedback and performance metrics.
Knowledge in functional prescriptions of strength, power, movement, and mobility.
Knowledge in teaching and coaching comprehensive, holistic health and wellness techniques such as sleep, nutrition, recovery.
Ability to organize and teach large groups.
Ability to collaborate with a team on pursuing objectives set forth by leadership and presenting the strategy and progress as needed.
Ability to promote brain health and cognitive performance.
