Qualifications and Skills:
NASM, NSCA, ACSM, or ACE certifications preferred.
CPR/AED certification required.
2+ years of experience coaching small or large groups.
Work well in a team environment.
Ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to quickly adapt to change and problem solve.
Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends, when needed.
Conduct classes (60-minutes) and semi-private (6:1) training sessions (60-minutes).
Perform all training in accordance with functional methods and quality.
Instruct, motivate, and assist members in a safe, fun and ethical manner to achieve their goals.
Update training plan and/or reevaluate members as needed to ensure optimal outcome.
Communicate clearly with members in relation to goals and expectations.
Communicate clearly within the team in relation to members and programs.
Program planning and development.
