Summer League Swim Coach

Essential Job Functions:

• Leads competitive swim training and implements swim workouts.
• Prepares workout plans as required for the various levels of athlete.
• Teaches competitive swimming techniques as required.
• Prepares the meet seeding.
• Assists with the preparation of the facility to carry out practices and competitions.
• Supervises athletes participating in swimming competitions.
• Assists League Representative with organizing volunteers for meets.
• Assigns and supervises work of assistant swim coaches as needed.
• Performs related work as required.

Qualifications:

• Two years as an Assistant Swim Coach. Two years of competitive swimming.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Work requires medium to heavy physical effort.
