Swim Coach

As the Lead Age Group coach, the candidate will be working primarily with our top 12-14 year old’s and a high school development group. The position requires approximately 15 hours of coaching per week, Monday-Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, plus occasional weekend swim meets.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with other coaches and report to the team’s Head Coach.
• Plan and run training regime for Age Group programs.
• Email team reminders and assist the Head Coach with assigned tasks.
• Assist with swim meet planning.
• Assist with website organization.

Qualifications:

• Have experiene with Team Unify and Excel.
• Completed associate degree or higher.
• Competitive swimming experience.
• Minimum 2 years coaching.
• Detail oriented.
