Swim Team Coach

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Coach appropriate skill level / age level of various swimmers to provide positive environment for swimmers to learn, improve, grow, and race.
• Approve all swim meet entries within deadlines.
• Maintain current USA Swimming Certification.
• General supervision of Aquatics area.
• Enforcing rules, policies and procedures.
• Plan and coach all practice.
• Mentor and utilize assistant or junior coaches during practices.
• Attend all coaches meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• ARC Lifeguard Certified.
• 2 years instruction variety of programs.
• Competitive Swim Background.
• USA Swimming Coach Certified (or ability to get certified).
